One Hub Connecting the Showroom, the CRM and the Ledger

A regional homebuilder running several active sales centres

The challenge

Sales, finance and construction selections each ran in a different system, connected only by people re-typing the same buyer details into the next one. A buyer moving from reservation to closing generated the same data three times, and there was no single record of where they actually stood.

Where we came in

The showroom kiosk staff used was dated but genuinely trusted, and replacing it would have traded a working sales experience for a training problem. We rebuilt that experience on a modern stack instead of relocating the team into an unfamiliar interface, and put the new engineering behind it where the manual work actually was.

What we did

  • Rebuilt the in-showroom sales experience on a current stack, preserving the workflow staff already knew
  • Built a central orchestration hub that creates the CRM opportunity and the ERP sales order the moment a buyer reserves
  • Automated contract generation through e-signature, with deposit and welcome communications triggered without manual follow-up
  • Automated financial reconciliation so finalised construction selections push a formal change order into the accounting system
  • Delivered in four phases, opening with a fixed-fee discovery and technical blueprint to de-risk the build before full commitment

Where it landed

  • Buyer data flows between the sales, accounting and construction systems instead of being re-keyed at each step
  • The sales team sees a buyer's change orders in the CRM they already work in
  • Delivered across four phases through user acceptance testing and staff training

Technologies

  • PostgreSQL
  • REST API Orchestration
  • CRM Integration
  • ERP Integration
  • E-Signature Automation
